Jerry Park

For Slow Roads Tennessee, Jerry Park stayed off the main roads and used a $25 plastic film camera with its inherent light leaks, soft focus, and dark corners, similar in look to photos from another time. After two years and almost 11,000 slow road miles, Park selected a single photograph from each of the state’s 95 counties. He then composed short stories and a couple of poems that accompany 17 of the images that seemed to have something extra to convey.

In A Tennessee Portrait, bestselling author Jerry Park returns with camera and pen to the meandering back roads of the state where his first book, Slow Roads Tennessee, was birthed.

Nick Dantona

The Balkan Dispatches Collection documents an excursion through the post-Yugoslav War countries of Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania.

Bultos chronicles Dantona’s travels through Ecuador to capture in words and pictures how the Panama Hat financed the country’s Liberal Revolution of 1895 and transformed the economic, political and social structure of a nation.

PETITE BRIEFS presents fast-tracked adventures in a cohesive way. The attending Notebook serves as a reference and an account of Dantona’s observations. The hope is that together the PETITE BRIEFS forms a succinct report that sparks curiosity and a desire for further exploration.
